Missions of the Foundation

Identifying Problems in Specific Communities and Providing Solutions

The Base Health Foundation is a gynaecology charity on a mission to improve healthcare access and quality for vulnerable communities. Our approach includes:

Continuous Professional Development

Doctors and nurses from developed countries provide ongoing teaching and training, transferring their expertise to remote areas and their professional teams.

Digital Education and Information

We support health professionals and community workers through digital education, enhancing their knowledge and efficiency to deliver high standards of care.

Tele-communications

We use digital technologies to facilitate healthcare services for economically deprived populations across the world.

Innovative Health Tools

We are developing an AI tool for mass cancer screening, which will be utilised in our Primary Health Care Clinics.

Primary Health Care

We identify specific health problems within communities and provide tailored solutions. This includes improving awareness about disease prevention, healthy living, life skills, and sexual reproductive health.

Phase 2: Providing Access to Gynaecology Services across the Globe

In Phase 2, our gynaecology charity focuses on high-risk population screening and targeted healthcare management. Our initial target populations include:

Aboriginal Populations.

Garments Factory Workers: The largest workforce in garments manufacturing globally.

Tea Garden Workers: Aboriginal female labour force.

Our experience has shown that current healthcare structures often neglect non-communicable diseases and women's health issues such as period problems and postmenopausal symptoms. Addressing these can significantly improve the quality of life, wellbeing, and future health of these groups.

To achieve this, we are introducing home visits to collect health-related data. This information will be analysed by AI to identify target populations and offer specific investigations and treatments in healthcare camps. Additionally, the Foundation will continue to provide general healthcare awareness and advice.
