Key responsibilities

• Discuss business objectives, the clinic's full range of services (such as fertility assessments, gynaecological surgery, diagnostics, and wellness programmes), and target customer groups to identify marketing requirements and growth opportunities.

• Organise and attend patient-focused and professional events — including conferences, seminars, medical receptions, exhibitions, and open-evening sessions — to promote the clinic and strengthen professional networks.
• Coordinate the effective distribution of marketing materials (digital and print) across the clinic, partner sites, mailings, and events to ensure consistent branding and up-to-date content.
• Maintain and update patient and client databases, referral-partner lists, and contact records to share information about promotions, new services, and upcoming events, ensuring data accuracy and full compliance with GDPR and patient confidentiality requirements.
